L'Aquarium is an incredible aquarium which is located in Playa del Carmen, in a shopping plaza between the famous 5th Avenue and 14th Street; L'Aquiarium is one of the largest in the Mexican Caribbean, the project was carried out by the company Blau Life, this is the third aquarium that they open in Mexico;  L'Aquarium have the commitment to increase and support the various programs of conservation and environmental education currently performed in the Riviera Maya.

L'Aquarium is home to over 200 species distributed in 45 strategically themed exhibits so that all visitors have the feeling of getting into a marine world where they can admire the beauty that exists under water in order to promote conservation and care of this valuable ecosystem.

There were invested about 300 million pesos in the project of 2500m2, with innovative ideas is implemented the latest technology to make your visit an unforgettable experience where you can explore different scenarios and installations interacting with marine life.

Corals, seahorses, jellyfish and a variety of fish will be cared for and looked after by 45 marine biologists with the support of people who specialize in the subject so that the health of each of the species is preserved in an environment that matches the living conditions of the sea.

Among other objectives of L'Aquarium is expected that with the concept of education more entertainment with which they will work, motivate people to take action to care not only the aquatic world but the environment in general; locally seeks to expand the entertainment options which increase tourist visits as well as opening the doors to greater sources of work and therefore increase the economic flow of visitors.
