WHAT IS REAL ESTATE AND HOW IT WORKS
Real estate is the property, land and anything fixed, immovable, or permanently attached to it such as appurtenances, buildings, fences, fixtures, improvements, and roads. The term real estate means real, or physical, property. The word Real comes from the Latin root res or things. Others say it’s from the Latin word rex meaning royal, since kings used to own all land in their kingdoms
Regardless the confusion of some people the residential lots, decks, trees sewers and fixtures are examples of real estate and the paintings, jewelry and boats are examples of personal property rather than real estate.
The title “Realtor” stands for a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) a real estate trade organization that holds its members to communicate with the clients in high ethical standards and trains them.
Basically what a realtor does is searching for a property that fits the necessities and budget to your client, when the ideal property is founded then the negotiations start building. If the client accepts to give a small percent, you and your clients sign the contract and the sale is made.
